Title:Project Manager - Silver Spring

Jamison Professional Services, Inc. (“JPS”) is currently seeking qualified and motivated candidate for the position of Project Manager.

Project Manager IV (Key Personnel):

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Certification in Project Management Institute a plus. Five (5) years of experience at managing a like contract at like level of effort.

Minimum Experience Requirements: This position requires six (6) years of general experience performing this work.

Perform day-to-day management of contract support operations involving multiple tasks and personnel.

• Provide technical guidance to the project team and ensure quality control.

• Responsible for staffing, project planning, project financials, and general oversight of contractor staff.

• Ensure timely diagnosis of organizational performance gaps.

• Prescribe and communicate organizational remedies.

• Provide guidance and direction to major portion of a larger project. Provide expertise in process development, process improvement, and change management. Manage intermediate size projects and program of moderate complexity. Responsible for process design, implementation, and management.


Government Clearance is a plus
