Jamison Professional Services, Inc. (“JPS”) is currently seeking qualified and motivated candidate for the position of Records Management Clerk II.

Under general supervision, processes various documents for storage and retrieval; perform a wide variety of complex and confidential duties requiring analysis and attention to detail.

Selected individual(s) must have the following minimum qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in a related field
  • Ability to perform alphanumeric filing
  • Minimum one-year previous experience
  • Basic computer skills. Experience with Adobe applications preferable.
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Admin/Clerical skills:  Ability to file and perform data entry. Operating knowledge of standard office equipment. Knowledge and ability to process sensitive documents.
  • Government Clearance is a plus

OTHER : All candidates are subject to a criminal background check, reference checks, and drug screening as required by the client. Benefits available and excellent wage.
