Job Description: We are seeking qualified, experienced and motivated candidate for the position of Administrative Assistant for a federal government client. Duties of this position include:
Experience: Three (3) or more years of administrative support experience.
Security Clearance: Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation.
U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Job Description: We are seeking qualified, experienced and motivated candidate for the position of Administrative Assistant for a federal government client. Duties of this position include:
Provides administrative support to accomplish the client's obligations and activities:
- Answer and route incoming calls as appropriate;
- Maintain and update paper and electronic files;
- Duplicate materials;
- Process timekeeping records and travel orders;
- Provide action agencies and applicants project status information when requested;
- Prepare and process incoming and outgoing mail;
- Develop and periodically update standard operating procedures;
- Update and maintain tracking databases (e.g.; PCTS)
- Review letters, biological opinions, memos, marine mammal letters, and listing documents prior to final distribution;
- Track documents through clearance/approval process and maintain consultation database;
- Conduct literature research;
- Maintain database of PRD authorized critical habitat modifications, authorized el\dangered species takes, and take reports;
- Assist with the development of species of concern factsheets;
- Review/track ESA Section 6 documents through approval/clearance process;
- Distribute Marine Mammal Authorization Program certifications;
- Assist with determining compliance of project design criteria of programmatic consultations and calculate cumulative impacts from programmatic consultations;
- Attends staff and branch meetings;
- Compiles records, organizes and maintains filing systems (including electronic filing) of consultation documents;
- Conducts data analysis and prepares summary reports, graphs, maps, and interpreted information products for a variety of audiences;
- Coordinates and communicates, both orally and in wri ting, with agency staff and other governmental and non-governmental organizations;
- Complies with document retention and IT security requirements;
- Uses Microsoft Office software programs, electronic file management system, and maintains the electronic calendar.
Experience: Three (3) or more years of administrative support experience.
