Jamison Professional Services, Inc. (“JPS”) is currently seeking qualified and motivated candidate for the position of a Program Director II.

Awardee’s sole point of contact to the Government for all contractor personnel reporting under this requirement. Plans, supervises, and manages all projects and programs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Serves as the contractor's single contract manager • Assisting with strategic plans and directing overall sector activity for near and long-term business-related factors. • Performs organizational analysis and fully capable of identifying and improving business practices and procedures • Interacts with all levels of management and organizational elements and must be familiar with resource and personnel management, budgetary process, etc • Organizes, directs and coordinates planning and production of all program/effort activities • Responsible for the performance of all program/effort requirements. • Meets with appropriate management personnel, other program managers and government representatives • Understanding/experience in managing within the science or engineering fields

Meets the minimum Qualifications: • BA/BS degree in Business, or Business-related, plus 10 years of related experience • OR a MA/MS in Business, or Business-relayed, plus 2 years of related experience.
