Description

Jamison Professional Services, Inc. (“JPS”) is currently seeking qualified and motivated candidate for the position of Communication Specialist in the College Park, MD area.

Job Description:
The contractor will provide project and administrative support that will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Tracks and manages management’s organization-wide activities on behalf of the Front Office. Organizes and establishes logistics for programmatic, scientific, and research program reviews held by the leadership team. Ensures participants are aware of upcoming reviews, connectivity and participation logistics are worked out in advance of the meeting and follow up actions are issued and tracked to completion.
  • Tracks and organizes regular leadership and management meetings, including but not limited to organizing the agenda for weekly leadership meetings, monthly expanded leadership meetings, quarterly facilitated meetings, and other strategic activities. Ensures participants are aware of upcoming reviews, connectivity and participation logistics are worked out in advance of the meeting and follow up actions are issued and tracked to completion.
  • Prepares regular/standard communications from the front office, including weekly notes and highlights, compilations of weekly reports from the divisions for the client, and prepares and issues Directors’ Notes updating the organization on important policy and process updates.
  • Organizes and prepare documents related to certain administrative processes on behalf of the director, including foreign national tracking and publications tracking.
