Jamison Professional Services, Inc. (“JPS”) is currently seeking qualified and motivated candidate for the position of FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) Clerk in St. Petersburg, FL area. 

The tasks will meet the following objectives:

Data Management and Analysis Processing
Administrative Processing of FOIA, PA, IQA, and Record Management Requests
Facilitation of Requests with SERO Division FOIA Points of Contact
Monthly Reports

QUALIFICATIONS

Specialized knowledge of the Laserfiche Records management Application (RMA) software.Specialized knowledge of Laserfiche PhotoDocs software for graphical manipulations.
Specialized knowledge of the FOIAOnline management application software.
Specialized knowledge of the FOIA and PA statutes and codified regulations.
High ability to effectively and efficiently work under deadlines and scheduled action dates
Strong organizational, analytical, written and verbal skills.
Ability to communicate and work with others as a member of a team.
Specialized knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
High ability to comprehend and to implement written and verbal instructions on administrative processes.
The contractor must remain proficient with
Clearwell.
The position will require the lifting of files and boxes of papers.
