Position: Contract Specialist

Location: Falls Church, VA

Jamison Professional Services, Inc. (“JPS”) is currently seeking qualified and motivated candidate for the position of Contract Specialist.

Job Description:
Contract Specialist: Demonstrated direct, hands-on experience in FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) governed contract pre-award, award, and contract administration activities for a wide variety of acquisitions to include commodities, services, A&E, and construction acquisitions.  Direct hands-on experience with the administration of multiple award IDIQ contracts and direct hands-on experience using PRISM contract writing system with the Department of Interior Financial Business and Management System (FBMS) is highly desirable in order to meet the demands of this requirement.  Additionally, contractor shall apply knowledge and experience in FAR governed acquisition management philosophy, policies, and administration procedures to assigned US FWS, Headquarters acquisition projects.  Assigned acquisition projects may include construction, commodities, and/ or services procurement activities, post award administration tasks, and contract close-out activities throughout the contract life cycle. 
 
Experience Requirements: Must have experience using PRISM, FBMS, FPDS-NG, and should hold or has held a FAC-C Level II Certification or higher.

U.S. Citizenship: Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
