Position: Person Property/Inventory Analyst

Location: Ft. Worth, TX

Jamison Professional Services, Inc. (“JPS”) is currently seeking qualified and motivated professional for the position of Property Specialist.
The position is an immediate fill requirement in the Property/Inventory/Supply Management area as a Property Specialist.

Job Description:

Specific work shall include, but not be limited to the following:
  • Enter data and maintain various systems
  • Process Un-reconciled Procurement Requests (UPR) report for purchases and payments of accountable assets not yet entered into the asset management system which impacts the financial records
  • Assist in the documentation, description, filing and cataloging of the property records;
  • Assist in the documentation of policies and procedures
  • Process final events in an automated system;
  • Render assistance and advice to Property Managers, Property Accountable Officers, and Property Custodians with Government Team Lead oversight;
  • Review acquisition source documents to support client entries of ADD requests into the Asset Management System;
    • Review web form changes
    • Train PCs and PAOs on Asset Automated System
    • Distribute bar code tags
    • Review records in edit interface table for accuracy
    • Develop and run Asset Management reports
  • Support inventories and data entry involving property maintained

Education: B.A. or B.S. degree.
General Experience: Four to six years of property management experience.
Specialized Experience: Experience in property management in a Federal Government environment.

U.S. Citizenship: Must be able to successfully pass a Federal Government level background check.
