Description

Jamison Professional Services, Inc. (JPS) is recruiting for a Part Time ID Card Clerk for a federal government client in the Suitland, MD area. Contractor will provide the services for a minimum of 16 hours per month to handle issuing new and replacement Common Access Cards (CAC).

The Contractor shall perform the following onsite services as directed by the COR:

1. Enter applicant data into the Real Time Automated Personnel Identification System (RAPIDS).

2. Initiate E-QIP requests and perform reviews of the required data for completeness and accuracy.

3. Fingerprint applicants.

4. Research and respond to customer inquiries.

5. Scan documents, perform document control, provide administration of access control privileges and perform other related services.

6. Ensure all personnel requesting a CAC card possess and provide a government approved form of photo ID such as a state driver's license, etc. to verify their identity.

7. Perform other services as required to support the issuance of CAC cards, though not specifically identified above.

Qualification Criteria:

The contractor shall have at least 2 years of experience, reliably providing skilled onsite personnel to a government entity (or another organization with similar security access control requirements) to perform similar administrative support

Candidate should have strong oral communication skills, must be a team player, with the ability to balance the interests of a variety of clients, dependable and possess a professional attitude and demeanor.
Time management skills, excellent customer service, and demonstrated problem solving skills are strongly desired.
Must speak, read, and comprehend English to the extent that personnel can read and comprehend printed regulations, detailed written orders, operating procedures, training instructions and materials.
Must undergo a pre-employment criminal background check and a subsequent security investigation, both resulting in a favorably adjudication prior to operating or having access to DEERS/RAPIDS equipment.
Ability to operate in a Windows environment with experience in Microsoft Word and Excel.
