Jamison Professional Services, Inc. (“Jamison”) is currently seeking a qualified and motivated candidate for the position of Project Manager (FOIA).

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
The Project Manager will oversee contract performance, staffing, schedules, quality assurance, workflow management, and communication with Government leadership while ensuring all contract deliverables are completed successfully.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day FOIA operations.
Lead project planning and staffing.
Monitor schedules, risks, and performance metrics.
Coordinate with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
Oversee quality assurance and corrective actions.
Prepare status reports and contract deliverables.
Ensure compliance with federal regulations and contract requirements
REQUIRED AND DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Information Systems, Legal Studies, or related field.
PMP Certification preferred.
Three (3) years managing teams or federal support operations.
One (1) year supporting FOIA, records management, privacy, or compliance programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Schedule: M-F
Clearance Level Required: Employment is contingent upon successfully completing any required background checks, in accordance with applicable law.
