Jamison Professional Services, Inc. (“JPS”) is currently seeking qualified and motivated candidate for the position of a Program Manager IV.

Dedicated individual to oversee and manage programs and geographically dispersed workforce that are under the subsequent award in the Western regions of the United States (Minnesota, Hawaii, California, Oregon, American Samoa, Washington, Guam, and CNMI.) Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Overall responsible for the planning, directing, controlling, organizing, and coordinating work activity of personnel involved in all aspects of the statement of need. • Develops and implements quality assurance programs to ensure services and solutions conform to applicable standards • Formulates statements of management and technical problems; evaluating proposed solutions to business problems/ challenges to determine feasibility, operational costs, and adequacy, while addressing organizational needs. • Provides leadership and specialized expertise on complex issues • Manages multi-faceted programs and projects and ensures adequate and appropriate technical resources are assigned to meet program and project goals on schedule and within budget. • Understands and takes proactive measures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, quality, and safety requirements. • Serves as liaison to Government and outside representatives • Act as the main point of contract for Contractor personnel under this requirement in the Western region.

Meets the minimum Qualifications: • BA/BS degree in Business, or Business-related, plus • 6 years of related experience
