Position: Property Management Support Analyst I

Location: Silver Spring, MD (or surrounding areas DC and VA)

Jamison Professional Services, Inc. (“JPS”) is currently seeking qualified and motivated professional for the position of Property Management Support Analyst I.

Job Description:
Education: B.A. or B.S. degree.
General Experience: One to two years of property management experience.
Specialized Experience: Experience in property management in a Federal Government environment.
  • Work closely with Property Accountability Officers and/or Property Custodians budget officers.
  • Assist with the effective administration and maintenance of a system of control and accountability for personal property.
  • Assist to maintain current custodial records for all accountable personal property.
  • Assist the submissions of appropriate reports promptly for lost, missing, stolen, destroyed, damaged, or rendered unserviceable accountable personal property.
  • Affix property identification number (bar code) labels onto accountable personal property.
  • Assist with the conduct physical inventories and reconciling inventory records.
  • Assist with the employee separation clearance process by ensuring that all assigned property has been accounted for.
U.S. Citizenship: Must be able to successfully pass a Federal Government level background check.
