Job Description:
Education: B.A. or B.S. degree.
General Experience: Minimum of five years of business process management experience.
Specialized Experience: Experience with business processes in a Federal Government environment.

- Creates process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to impacted Business Systems teams.
- Recommends and facilitates quality improvement efforts.
