Jamison Professional Services, Inc. (“JPS”) is currently seeking qualified and motivated candidate for the position of General Clerk I in St. Petersburg, FL area.
The Contractor will scan and file fishing permit information, and assist with mail duties in the Permit Office. The contractor will also support the Sustainable Fisheries Division by entering socioeconomic data permit data.
The tasks will meet the following objectives:
Retrieve records from scanning
Scan applications as they are processed
Assist in mail functions
General filing
Receptionist functions
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to file and retrieve from an alphanumeric file system
Ability to learn and follow Agency Administrative guidelines
Ability to meet frequent deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to communicate and work with others as a member of a team
Excellent interpersonal and customer services skills
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
Microsoft Experience
