Jamison Professional Services, Inc. (“JPS”) is currently seeking qualified and motivated candidate for the position of PT Contract Support – Task Lead.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties and Responsibilities:

Performs day-to-day management of overall contract support operations, involving multiple projects and groups of personnel, possibly at multiple locations. Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of all contract support activities. Demonstrates written and oral communication skills. Establishes and alters (as necessary) corporate management structure to direct effective contract support activities.

Education: Master’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or other technical field, and M.B.A. or M.A. degree in business, administration or another professional field.

General Experience: At least ten (10) years of experience in managing multidisciplinary and complex team scientific, engineering, or technical efforts.

Specialized Experience: At least ten (10) years of direct supervision of technical personnel involved in life-cycle management support of multidisciplinary and complex team projects. Must be capable of leading projects that involve the successful management of teams composed of engineers, scientists, and management professionals who have been involved in analyzing, designing, developing, integrating, training, testing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining complex projects.
