DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
This position requires a person with strong analytical, communication and management skills. The selected candidate must be able to develop processes and manage a team to conduct critical personal property classification and analytical tasks with the highest of quality output. The final project should be error free. The selected candidate will be overall responsible for all actions relating to the project including the requirement to act as the corporate liaison with the client concerning all matters relating to the scope of the project including the selection, hiring, and management of team members.
Provides leadership, monitors and controls processes, and leads performance improvement.
Conducts periodic and regular performance reviews both internally and with the customer and other key stakeholders.
Identifies and resolves programmatic issues.
Provides overall coordination of system integration, recommends possible solutions, assessments of systems and components, and measures effectiveness.
Assists in the development, tracking, and issue resolution/correction related to program metrics including key performance parameters; measures of performance; and measures of effectiveness.
Provides recommendations or analysis for program requirements and modifications.
REQUIRED AND DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
BA/BS Degree (or equivalent)
10+ years of proven experience.
TASKS
Performs as the primary manager coordinating performance under all Task Orders placed against the Blanket Purchase Agreement.
Responsible for ensuring Task Orders are appropriately staffed with qualified personnel.
Monitors staff performance against performance standards and implements performance enhancement measures to ensure standards are met.
Utilizes project management-based tools and processes to support the overall delivery of acquisition services.
Requires at minimum an understanding of primary acquisition functions within a Federal environment.
Requires an advanced understanding of data analytics and data management tools and processes within an acquisition or financial management environment.
Clearance Level Required: Must be able to pass a Federal Background check.
