Jamison Professional Services, Inc. (“JPS”) is currently seeking qualified and motivated candidate for the position of Program Analyst.

Job Description:

The Program Analyst shall be available to the COR via telephone between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, and shall respond to a request for discussion or resolution of technical problems within 2 hours of notification during these hours.

The Program Analyst shall have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Masters degree, preferably in Administration (MBA), Public Administration (MPA), Human Resources Management or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively alone and as a team lead.
  • 10 years of experience working inside a government agency, understanding and working within government processes, instructions and regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience applying analytic methodologies and principles to address client needs.
  • Ability to apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of project objectives and contributes to the implementation of strategic direction.
  • Experience preparing and delivering briefings and presentations to management officials.
  • Experience composing memoranda, executive summaries, analytical narratives, detailed statistical or descriptive reports, and/or concise graphs/charts in order to present sound recommendations.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel.

U.S. Citizenship: Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
