JOB DESCRIPTION

• Extensive cost-type contract experience and determining the allowability, allocability and reasonableness of cost elements.
• Developing and applying analytic methodologies to perform cost estimating, earned value management, accounting system reviews, analysis of cost proposals and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs).
• Performing financial reviews and providing input on adequacy of contractor’s business management systems and ability of offeror to successfully perform under cost contract.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

B.A. or B.S. degree.
Previous experience in a Federal Government environment.

Government clearance is a plus
